Monday through Friday / 8:30 - 5:00


Description of Duties:

 

Provides administrative support to staff, including word processing documents, managing files, answering the main phone line, making travel arrangements, arranging meetings, coordinating registrations and data entry, among other duties.                                                

 

Educational Requirements:

 

Some college or a high school diploma and at least 2 years experience. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma. Must be able to type 40 words a minute and be sufficient in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPerfect and have basic Internet knowledge with Email and updating Websites.
